Rental of Veterinary Equipment
Interested in purchasing equipment but want to test it in your clinic first? With PHARMACOPOLOU, that’s no problem. As part of our premium services, we offer free 14-day equipment rentals for equipment of interest. Our rental package includes delivery, installation, and a demonstration by our technical consultants, who are always available to answer further questions.
Renting equipment does not obligate you to purchase. For certain specific devices, like lasers, we can only provide a demonstration, with the opportunity to try it at your clinic.
Financing Veterinary Equipment Through PHARMACOPOLOU
If you decide to purchase equipment through us but lack immediate funds, we can manage that too. Financing through us is available for equipment priced up to €5,000 (excluding VAT), and the choice of a payment schedule for one, two, or three years is yours.
For this financing, you don’t need to handle anything. Your sales representative will prepare the purchase agreement, and once both parties sign, there’s nothing stopping you from owning a new device. Early repayment is possible without any conditions.
Arranging Leasing of Equipment through VÚB Bank
Want to enhance your veterinary practice with a top-tier USG device, X-ray, or endoscope, but currently lack the funds? No problem, we offer leasing through VÚB Bank for equipment valued over €5,000 (excluding VAT). The initial estimate can be provided by your sales representative and takes no more than five minutes. The entire administrative process is handled by PHARMACOPOLOU.
If the bank approves your application, you’ll receive a final estimate and an overview of a favorable payment schedule of your choosing. The advantage of leasing is that insurance for your new equipment is already included in the package, so you don’t need to worry about anything else. Only your final signature is needed.
POS Terminal
Use a modern terminal with much lower fees than typical market offers. The POS terminal provided through us and Global Payments saves you money, and pet owners can pay comfortably from the waiting room.
If you are a veterinarian who spends most of your time in the field and needs to turn your mobile phone into a “pocket” payment terminal, we can handle that too. Through the GP tom mobile app and Global Payments, clients can pay for your veterinary services anytime, anywhere. Of course, with lower fees than those offered by other companies or banks.

Order products precisely when and where it suits you. Orders can be placed 24/7 through our B2B portal or by phone through customer service, available during the workweek, holidays, and Sundays until 21:00.

Your order will arrive at your doorstep within a maximum of 24 hours across Slovakia, as we have transshipment hubs in Senec and Prešov, in addition to Žiar nad Hronom. Precise timing of your delivery is guaranteed, and our Žiar nad Hronom warehouse offers the option for express personal pickup.
